Stupid Demo Coder T-shirts

An unpleasant comment about Lord Blackadder - a member of Entropy in a letter to Format magazine, resulted in a number of noted SAM Demo programmers surrounding Bob Brenchley at the October 1994 Gloucester Show wearing T-shirts emblazened with ‘Not Just Stupid Demo Coders’ under the big Entropy logo.

SAM Quartet

Disk

David Ledbury / Various

A short lived disk based spin off of ZAT.

The magazine was created due to various material which had been submitted to ZAT, which was unsuitable for a paper-based magazine.

After the first issue, discussions between Alan Miles and David Ledbury resulted in the creation of the SAM Newsdisk … the second issue of the magazine was created before the launch of the Newsdisk, and was a double issue to use up the additional material.

Public magazine took the name over, to rename their magazine to SAM Public Quarterly
